The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a commitment to clinical quality & best practices
- Has five to seven years of clinical operations leadership experience in the delivery of behavioral health treatment services for publicly funded consumers
- Is results-focused, has excellent follow through, and possesses a sense of humor as well as a willingness to “roll up his /her sleeves”
- Has credibility, energy, a strong work ethic, is gutsy, and motivated by challenges
- Is a strong leader, able to function independently, an excellent communicator and collaborator
- Is a team builder as well as a team player

You will provide executive management and leadership to:
• Ensure all clinical, operational, financial, and customer goals meet or exceed the established targets
• Oversee activities that develop and foster strong internal working relationships and best practice operational activities.
• Effectively use outcome data to measure/monitor clinical, service, and utilization results to improve processes and outcomes
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
Position requires a Master’s level social worker or other licensed mental health professional with five to seven years of clinical operations’ leadership experience in the delivery of behavioral health treatment services for programs for publicly funded consumers. Direct experience in the Maryland public mental health delivery system and familiarity with local providers and community resources is preferred. Outstanding leadership and coaching skills and the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively (both internally and externally) are required.
