About the Job
Privatus Care Solutions, a unique private care services provider, is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Services to direct all aspects of clinical service delivery at our Greenwich CT location.
As a key member of the team you will participate in and direct the delivery of client-centered private care services through your leadership in the following areas:
The ideal candidate will be team oriented clinician possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a difference in our client's lives through the delivery of exceptional care and customer service.
As a key member of the team you will participate in and direct the delivery of client-centered private care services through your leadership in the following areas:
- Interaction and relationship building with with our clients and their families.
- Selection, orientation and oversight of Supervisory staff, RN and CNA caregivers.
- Thorough knowledge of CT Department of Public Health regulations for licensed home care services agency.
- Implementation and management of policies and procedures ensuring compliance.
- Oversight of office staff.
- Implementation and management of processes ensuring delivery of high quality care and service to our clients.
- Work closely with Executive Director to build relationships in the community
