Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Customer Service Department. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
· Creatively foster excitement, energy, enthusiasm, and motivate a team to be super stars!
· Management, training and development of a team of Call Center Specialists who provide personal service and operation support through inbound/outbound calls and quality control.
· Identify operational and technological factors that are having the greatest impact on customer satisfaction and call center efficiency.
· Manage a team of telephone representatives to provide exceptional customer service utilizing motivational, team, training and incentive oriented methods.
· Meet goals of credit and collection and sales support
· Communicate effectively in front of groups and one-on-one.
· Utilize strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees, managers, executives and vendors.
· Establish and monitor metrics and make recommendations on strategy adjustments to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction scores.
· Exceptional project management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple high-importance tasks.
· Ability to solve complex problems and understand how decisions may impact other divisions within the company.
· Strong management experience to lead and motivate with a track record of developing people in the service industry.
· Manufacturing/Distribution background within a retail/wholesale industry preferred.
· Highly developed computer skills preferred.
