We are looking for a Director of Customer Support to direct and coordinate activities of Customer Support Operations, which includes day to day and strategic activities. Duties include: maximizing customer satisfaction, maintain inter-company communications, and focus on continuous improvement opportunities.
Candidate should posses a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, MBA preferred and 7-10 years or experience.
