The Director of Customer Support is responsible for the managing and coordinating the activities of our customer support operations center. This includes directing all customer service policies, establishing procedures for the timely and professional response to customer complaints and technical questions, and working to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Director of Customer Support will also be responsible for managing staff levels and budgets, maintaining/analyzing department metrics, reviewing customer satisfaction surveys and acting as a liaison between the Customer Support Department and other departments within the company.
Qualifications:
•Strong presentation and organization skills, excellent negotiation skills
•Experience managing multiple projects and tasks
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient computer skills with experience using multiple applications for data collection and reporting
•BS/BA in a business-related field of study with additional technical training.
•7-10 years experience working with internal or external customers in a similar technical customer care environment with at least 5 years at a manager or director level
