Overview                 

The Agency seeks a Director of Development to manage a growing development operation. Reporting to the VP of Development and External Affairs, the DOD will oversee and supervise the annual giving program, special events, protocols and systems, donor communications and be a spokesperson for the Agency with donors.

Qualifications/Requirements    
Qualified candidates should have 7-10 years fundraising experience, a commitment to the Agency’s mission and demonstrated success in planning and executing special events.
