We currently have an opening for a Director of Development.  The qualified candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge, CFRE preferred.  Seven to ten years of successful fundraising or related experience required.

Reporting to the President of Marlborough Hospital and with frequent interaction with the Vice Chancellor for Development of the UMass Memorial Foundation, this position is responsible for identifying, researching, cultivating and soliciting contributions for Marlboro Hospital.  Interacts with senior administration, medical staff, board members, and other volunteers to accomplish goals.  Will be responsible for achieving a predetermined revenue goal each year and for the successful accomplishments of assigned fundraising projects.
