Local Non-Profit is seeking a Director of Development and Marketing in historic downtown Frederick City. Full-Time Opportunity. Qualified candidate will have strong experience in the development and implementation of strategic fundraising plans in the Non-Profit sector. Experience with Individual Donor Cultivation is mandatory. Must have excellent verbal communication and business writing skills. Will have heavy interaction with current and potential donors, community leaders and board members. Must have strong computer and database skills. Prior experience with non-profit software preferred. Salary plus pro-rated benefits offered
