This exciting career opportunity is currently available:
Director of Development & Marketing
Multi-service, private nonprofit agency with $25 million annual budget is seeking a creative, energetic professional to prepareagency grants, and manage agency fundraising and marketing initiatives. Development duties will include planning, research,
grant development, direct mailings and special events. Marketing duties include preparing print materials, press releases and
managing the agency?s Web site.
Five years? experience in related field, including grant writing, fundraising and/or communications experience. BA in related
field required, MA preferred. Proven grant writing and fundraising success. Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills including experience with donor database, word processing, presentation and
desktop publishing software.
