Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for a Director of Engineering who will be responsible for overseeing day to day engineering activities, new product development, and testing. This individual will have leadership of all functions within Engineering.
Location: Portland, OR area
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer
- 6 years minimum experience with pump design
- Leadership experience in engineering and new product development
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leadership of all functions within Engineering
- Drive an active New Product Development program
- Create a technical and engineering vision for the company
- Create budgets, allocate resources, and determine schedules of product releases or project deadlines
- Direct Test Department in pump testing analysis and perform dynamic test procedures for existing and new product development
Compensation:
- Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience + Bonus potential
