Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL), a progressive provider of continuing care retirement communities throughout the Philadelphia region, is seeking an individual who possesses the vision and drive to lead and implement a new approach to senior living that helps seniors to look forward to their day, and live their lives with renewed purpose and fulfillment.

Responsibilities include the identification of new approaches to facilitate resident engagement, as well as the development of a new platform of recreational, educational, and social programming within all WEL communities that addresses the needs of residents across the independent living, personal care, and skilled nursing continuum. The individual will lead dynamic activity, wellness and programming staff, as well as design and manage new roles within the communities that support and advance our enhanced living approach and philosophy.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to conceptualize, create, and implement a new service concept, as well as be able to inspire, lead, and train a team in embracing new approaches and methods. Must be a superb verbal and written communicator, know how to command attention and build excitement in others, and garner buy-in from all levels of staff.  B.A. in psychology, education, human development, or a related field required. Graduate degree preferred. Candidate must be a seasoned professional, and have a proven track record in leading a team to implement an integrated new service approach/program within a consumer services sector.
