*The Director of Estimating will have the opportunity to work with and oversee some of the areas most talented Drywall Estimators and Project Managers the area has to offer. 

*The Director of Estimating will have access to state of the art facilities, software, and technologies that will allow the candidate to remain ahead of the competition.

*The Director of Estimating will be responsible for some of the most challenging/exciting building projects in a city known for its history, culture, and architecture. 

* Relocation may be necessary.

*The right candidate must possess the following attributes and work histories.

Minimum of 10 years estimating commercial drywall in a high rise construction setting

Minimum of 10 years working with Union Contractors and Union Construction Projects

Minimum of 10 Years managing/supervising a Drywall Construction Department/Company
