Director of Facilities

Seeking a Director of Facilities either out of Facilities, Property Management, Building Manager or someone out of Architecture. Will be supporting a 100,000 square foot structure

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

·        Reports to Executive Director.

·        Supervise the Building Superintendant and the Maintenance Staff.

·        Supervise all Consultants and Contractors.

·        Prepare and manage the staff scheduling and payroll.

·        Prepare and manage the Operating and Capitol budgets.

·        Develops plan for ongoing maintenance, replacement and renovation

·        Working knowledge and certifications for OSHA, HAZMAT, building codes, fire codes

·        Maintain the facilities in a clean, safe and secure manner for all staffs, students and visitors to the facilities.

·        Manage the fire, life, safety, and security systems of the property

·        Oversee the maintenance and repairs of all H.V.A.C., plumbing, electrical, life safety systems, elevators and building systems.

Minimum 4 years experience required
