Well known Not-For-Profit Organization in New York City is looking for a Director of Finance / Controller to join their organization. Salary to 130K, commensurate with experience. Candidate must be directly out of a Not-For-Profit Organization and have experience with Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Control.

Primary Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

-Financial Planning and Analysis
-Budget-to-actual analysis
-General Ledger and A/P, A/R Supervision
-Cash Flow Analysis and Reporting
-Oversight of entire Finance and Accounting Department

Job Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting REQUIRED, MBA/CPA highly preferred
-5+ years Financial Supervisory experience in a Not-For-Profit Organization
-Strong Financial Analytical Skills 
-Excellent Communication Skills
