As a key management team member, the Director of Finance and Operations participates in a variety of projects to assist the organization in reaching its budgetary and organizational goals. Along with the Accounting Manager/Payroll Coordinator, the Director is responsible for maintenance of all in house accounting functions as well as presentation of period end financial reports and financial status. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent, with five years of progressive operations experience.  Strong knowledge of GAAP.  Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.  CPA preferred.
