This position will be located in the DaVita Rx Corporate office located in San Bruno, CA. The Finance Manager will be an integral member of the DaVita Rx management team.

 
This position is responsible for all aspects of the Profit and Loss, Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.
 
Essential Job Functions:

• High Visibility to DaVita Rx Senior Management team and DaVita Corporate Accounting/Finance Leadership teams
• Identify cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities to improve current processes, and provide meaningful information to key decision makers.
• Review and approve profit and loss variance analysis in a timely manner
• Work closely with Vice President of Finance to provide insightful presentations for senior management to concisely summarize performance targets and progress toward initiatives by individual business units
• Ensure timely and accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics
• Provide analytical support for departmental functions including development of the long-term financial plan, annual operating plan budget, capital project analysis, monthly forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Identify areas of potential risk and recommend to senior management possible resolutions to risk areas

• BS or BA required
• Minimum of 5 years of Financial Modeling/Forecasting experience as well as
• Profit and Loss analysis experience
• Pharmacy or Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
• Strong teambuilding, leadership, management and communication skills
