Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. is a nationally recognized for-profit, post-secondary education company providing career training in the field of allied health, and we have an opening for a full-time Director of Financial Aid at our Aurora, CO campus.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Counseling students regarding all aspects of Financial Aid including need analysis and award calculations using federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Certification and monitoring of documents to ensure expeditious processing of aid applications.
  • Coordinate and monitor electronic data entry, transmission, and reconciliation for EdExpress, EdConnect, and Pell payment records.
  • Building a strong Financial Aid team.
  • Training and development of student financial aid personnel and follow-up to ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies and procedures and support Financial Aid strategies.

 



Job Requirements

  • 5 years experience as a Director of Financial Aid
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of current federal financial aid regulations with operational knowledge of needs analysis and packaging.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills.
  • Must be highly organized and willing to rearrange priorities to meet changing workload needs and deadline demands.
  • Must be computer literate and a familiarity with CampusVue a plus.
