About the Job
Director of Financial Aid
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, student-centered individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to both interview and evaluate Title IV student packaging options.
Must be proficient in verification and student eligibility criteria.
Candidate must be able to work flexible hours especially during peak enrollment periods, be able to multitask, be computer literate and possess "attention to detail".
Five or more years of financial aid work experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desired.

• Five or more years of financial aid work experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desired.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Management and employee training experience are required.
