Now recruiting on behalf of Columbia employer for a Manager of Financial Analysis. In addition to directing the financial analysis functions and directing staff in the FP&A area, this role will be doing variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow forecasting, and developing new tools on an ongoing basis to evaluate the organization's financial performance and drive improvements to the bottom line.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be a CPA/MBA and have 6+ years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance. Prior managerial experience is required, as is advanced proficiency in Access and Excel. A degree in computer science is considered very helpful. A track record of driving process improvements is required as well as superior analytical skills.
