Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis-Dynamic Apparel Firm

This high profile position is responsible for overseeing the firm's budget and financial planning. This manager will oversee the analysis of variances from budgeted to actual and provide this and all performance metrics to key management. You will liaise with business units to consolidate appropriate financial information for management analysis. Additionally you will coordinate and analyze capital expenditures, business line cost effectiveness and planning for new product lines. Position requires a strong educational background (top tier business school and good GPA); 5+ years modeling and analysis, including the entire budget process; strategic partnership with the business leadership, financial modeling, superior skills in the following: communication (oral and written); pc (all phases of Microsoft Office and major computerized general ledger package) and strong financial leadership/organization.
