Director of Financial Planning and Analysis: Growing, Multinational Professional Services Firm

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be hands-on in setting the direction and developing all analytical and reporting efforts for firm, as well as ensuring effective resources, policies, procedures and systems are in place, and managing a staff of 4-5 Analysts.  The Director will also partner with senior management, providing strategic insight and guidance to facilitate business decisions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related Business field.  MBA strongly preferred. 
• 10-12 years of hands-on financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, planning and forecasting experience within the Professional Services industry is REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and developing top performing finance teams.
• Hands-on experience performing complex analyses (quantitative, regression, Dupont, scatter plot).
• Superior leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to provide guidance to and partner with senior management.
• Strong working knowledge of financial systems and related analytical tools.
