Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

MedQuest Associates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Novant Health, is a leading operator of outpatient diagnostic imaging centers. With over 90 outpatient facilities across the nation, MedQuest centers provide high quality diagnostic imaging services using a variety of technologies including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography and general radiology.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis based at our corporate office located in Alpharetta, GA.

The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for developing business analysis to support the accuracy of the financial statements and monitor key business drivers impacting the company.  This individual will provide support to operating centers and MedQuest Executives by providing analyses related to major business drivers, while managing a team of Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts. The Managerr will serve as the secondary point of contact for MedQuest Executives, Regional Vice President’s, Center Managers and Sales team to resolve their questions and data needs related to financial and operating information.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the directing of the development of financial plans including the annual budget
  
• Managing the internal reporting process
  
• Leading efforts to analyze monthly financial results and billing/accounts receivable activity
  
• Providing leadership to company-wide initiatives, financial or operational, as required

Qualified candidates must have:

·        5+ years of progressive financial analysis and management experience required

·        Healthcare industry experience preferred

·        Knowledge of GAAP

·        Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives

·        Experience managing a team of financial analysts

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high skill level in Excel

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

·        MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
