Our client is a leading global supplier of surgical instruments and implantable medical devices.  The company designs and produces surgical instrumentation and implants for Neurosurgery, Microsurgery, ENT, Plastic and Reconstructive, Thoracic, Micro-vascular, Cardiovascular, Orthopedic, Laparoscopic and General Surgeries and Central Processing.

Our client is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the strategic initiatives related to the day to day operations and distribution center. This would include overseeing loaner programs, shipping and receiving, material processing, packaging, material handling and storage, etc. Other responsibiltiles include implementing lean processes and  maintaining documents to insure ISO as well as FDA compliance. 

Successful candidates MUST have these minimum capabilities to be considered for this position: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent, MBA preferred.  5 to 10 years medical device operations/distribution management experience required, experience with medical device loaner distribution and previous inventory management required, strategic planning and execution of plans. Excellent leadership skills a must.
