- Selling to assisted living, long term care, and hospitals. Selling to Safety, HR, and upper management. Presenting Payroll Deduction program to management. Selling a program (not shoes) to solve slip and fall problems that contribute to lost employee time, higher premium rates, and added cost for new hire training.
- In addition to selling, also responsible managing the account after the sale.
- Territory: Divisions of territory, TBD… but will be 50% of U.S. market
- Hours: 9-6, M-F, some travel

1) Computer Skills > Knowledge of databases i.e. Sales Logic (a BIG +), ACT, Goldmine
2) Travel
- Typical SFC Rep travels 4-6 times per year, almost always on or over weekend day(s)
- Present themselves well in speech and appearance
- Proven success in face to face presentations
3) Organizational Skills - Most important in sales
- Ability to score, rate, and prioritize larger opportunities from smaller ones
4) Sales Skills
- In addition to all of the above, proven record of success!
- Background in Healthcare / Medical sales a +
