The Director of Human Capital Management Services will be a functional practice leader responsible for overall management of human capital domain based projects or programs. This will include: profit and loss accountability for a competency-centric business base; developing and executing strategic account and business plans; providing thought leadership and driving the development of intellectual capital in the HR/HC competency area; establishing, maintaining, and growing business relationships through direct interaction with customer base; leading business capture and proposal teams; providing comprehensive personnel management from recruitment, interviewing and indoctrination to advocacy, evaluation, and career development planning; and, tracking and analyzing business metrics, reports, and forecasts.

-Track record of success on federal government Human Capital initiatives -Understanding of profit and loss variables and cost management and analysis -Knowledge of government contract types and terminology -Proven leadership, personnel supervision, and performance management -Superior written and verbal communications skills

-Experience developing white papers, capabilities briefings, and other outreach materials -Experience building and growing teams organically through execution of a performance-based growth strategy -Specialized domain expertise as demonstrated through degree/certification or successful track record
