Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Flower Mound is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director.  This position is for a facility that is slated to open on March 31, 2010.  As HR Director for a new facility, this position would be responsible for staffing of all personnel and also would require open communication and partnership with the executive management team.  This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the development and growth of a state of the art facility. 

Notes:          Local Residents preferred (No relocation)

  3 Years of HR Generalist experience required

  HR experience within a hospital is necessary

  Advanced written and verbal communication skills
