DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The Northport Civil Service Board is accepting applications for the position of Director of Human Resources to be responsible for the administration and operation of the City of Northport Human Resources Department. Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Industrial Relations or a Business related field from an accredited 4 year college or university plus 7 years progressively responsible human resource experience. Experience in Municipal or County Human Resources and Civil Service employment is strongly preferred. Applicants should have demonstrated working knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Applicants must also have experience in employee benefits administration, contract administration, and policy development.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
