The Advertising Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing advertising inventory for the OverDrive Network websites. The Traffic Coordinator must understand advertisers’ goals as well as the OverDrive network capabilities to create and/or optimize campaigns for success. The Traffic Coordinator will work with our account management and client services team to support our advertising sales by providing high quality client service to our customers. This position also involves supporting the monthly billing and revenue forecasting process to track campaign performance and delivery for client invoicing.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to manage campaign processes including insertion order process and inventory availability, securing/reviewing/approving creative submissions and testing/troubleshooting to meet technical specifications and site quality assurance
· Coordinate the scheduling of advertising on Overdrive Library Media Network using tools such as OpenX Ad management tools and Salesforce.com workflow tools.
· Monitor assigned advertising campaigns to ensure optimization and completion.
· Responsible to provide support and details for reporting and proofing of delivery to accounting for creation of monthly invoices and participate in revenue forecasting as well.
· Responsible to provide support and details for reporting of scheduled campaigns to produce daily, weekly, monthly revenue forecasts.
· Creates and maintains advertisement landing pages using internal Content Management Systems and tools.
· Conduct report queries for advertiser invoicing and sales team support.
· Provide excellent customer service for client, agencies and internal departments.
· Ensure all materials are received and documented for timely implementation.
· Provide concise, timely feedback within the deadlines established.
Requirements:
Preferred Experience/Background:
· Experience with WordPress and HootSuite or other blog software.
· Working knowledge of publishing / library and/or technology industries.
· Public speaking experience and/or skills.
