This position is with a 225 bed, acute care hospital that is part of 20 hospital system.  They have been serving the community for over 30 years and have a full range of services.  Currently the facility is completing an expansion that includes a brand new icu and women's surgical unit and expansions to their pediatric, med/surg and inpatient unit.

This facility is currently in need of a Director.  This position will be over the brand new 14 bed ICU, a 25 bed Telemetry unit and a 2 bed cath lab.  The position reports directly into the CNO and has one supervisor reporting to it. 


Candidates must have some management experience with strong experience in the ICU.  The unit is trying to get a higher acuity so candidates must be hands on and willing to teach.
