Director of Implementation Services – Medical Software

Location: Candidate can be located anywhere in the United States

The Position: This individual will be an essential asset to this growing company. They will lead a highly trained team of healthcare software project managers & implementation consultants whose focuses are to deliver top-notch service to their customers.

Your duties in this role will consist of (but are not limited to) the following:

·         Manage a team responsible for all software implementations within the laboratory environment

·         Responsible for overall project profitability through process improvement & adapting new strategies

·         Act as a resource for Sales & Marketing Teams, as well as clients who require assistance

·         Ensure that project teams are adhering to budgets, deadlines & meet all project requirements

·         Drive process changes in order to increase revenue

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT experience

·         Minimum of 3 years of P&L responsibilities

·         Must have previous project management/consulting experience in a hospital/laboratory environment

·         Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Healthcare related field; or equivalent work experience

·         Ability/willingness to travel. This is a local position, but can require up to 50% travel at times

·         Ability to effectively manage and mentor resources

·         Experience with software implementation management

·         Must display a professional demeanor, and be able to work in a high pressured environment
