Position Description:
The Director of Investor Relations will oversee the strategic planning, development and coordination of all public relations and investor relation programs ensuring a consistent corporate image is presented to analysts, institutional investors, shareholders, customers and employees.
Responsibilities include:
MEDIA
- Develop key messages and corporate positioning
- Secure interviews and editorial opportunities with key business publications and media outlets
- Facilitate press tours and media interviews with senior management
- Respond to media inquiries / serve as a company spokesperson
- Develop responses / messaging for crisis communications
- Oversee media efforts for trade publications, including international outreach (Asia and Europe), contributed article program, speaking engagements and other editorial opportunities
INVESTOR RELATIONS
- Draft press release earnings announcements, conference call scripts and Q&A's
- Facilitate meetings at investor conferences, non- deal roadshows and trade events
- Respond to investor inquiries and analyst calls
- Manage development of annual report and support 10K filings
- Prepare investor presentations
Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years experience, preferably in a publicly held technology company. MBA is preferred. Will have ability to interface at all levels, both internally and externally. Excellent personal communication skills and experience in delivering communications in written, web and other mediums to a multiple location and multi-cultured workforce. Position requires 25% travel.
