As our Director of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including materials handling, procurement, purchasing, assembly operations, manufacturing engineering, quality control, and shipping/receiving. Relying upon your expert-level experience with efficient production methods, you will implement and promote a Lean culture throughout Trebor with the goal of increasing capacity and productivity, maintaining quality, and meeting manufacturing profitability targets. Your ability to manage by empowerment will allow you to hone your team's skills and create an organization committed to continuous improvement. Taking a holistic view of our business to develop and execute improved KPI metrics - delivery, labor, burden, sourcing, costs, etc. - will make you a valued partner of our GM and directly impact our bottom line. With your strength in management and your understanding of electro-mechanical assembly manufacturing, you will be able to develop appropriate manufacturing strategic and tactical plans to strengthen our current market leadership position.
