Requirements:

BS Engineering degree, or BA degree with related experience, combined with 10 plus years manufacturing experience and 5 plus years in a manufacturing management role with multiple reports. Experience in packaging, printing or related industry. Experience implementing process and performance improvement programs.

Job Description:

Growing consumer products manufacturing company with multiple plant sites seeks an experienced Director of Manufacturing. Reporting remotely to the VP of Operations and managing a work force of 200+ on 3 shifts, the position will be responsible for production, engineering, and maintenance. The successful candidate will have experience with packaging and/or printing production. A record of accomplishment of success in implementing improvements in production (Six Sigma is a plus) and meeting ship dates, combined with strong interpersonal/communications, analytical and computer skills is required.
