Our company is new and unique; servicing the needs of personal injury firms and injury victims with settlement related services/products. We are rapidly expanding and creating new services/products constantly. Our companies are owned by a holding company and this position would be with the holding company.

This position will be located in our Orlando, Florida headquarters. Duties will vary widely and will include responsibility for creating and managing all of our marketing/advertising/PR.
Responsibilities:
The director will be responsible for creating the department and will initially be responsible for all functions related to marketing our services to trial lawyers. The candidate will have to create a budget for all of the department’s functions and be able to successfully manage the budget. In addition, the candidate will have to create a marketing plan to fit within the approved final budget. Extensive travel will be required.
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
· Substantial past experience with marketing/advertising/PR is required.
· Minimum experience of 3-5 years in some type of marketing managerial position is required.
· Previous work experience in the legal field is a PLUS.
· Exude a positive image that reflects well on the firm.
· Highly polished, professional telephone etiquette.
· Excellent detail orientation and great communication plus interpersonal skills are required.
· Strong writing skills are a must and you will need to provide writing samples.
· Ability to work independently or in a group setting.
· Analytical thinking to process complex tasks and prioritize work.
· Database management.
· Ability to use and learn multiple software applications.
Salary:
Pay will be commensurate with experience. Substantial upward mobility possible.
