Job Purpose:

Plans, directs and executes a sustainable business development plan for Metalphoto of Cincinnati that provides for significant and profitable growth

Duties:

* Develops and manages internet-based programs for generating and prosecuting sales leads

* Maintain current market strength but mostly develop new market strategies, product expansion and market direction. Develop execution plans for marketing direction and do the execution until the business has grown to add support personnel. Handles regional sales territory

* Looks for opportunities to expand product line that cater to existing customer base. Willing to dig-in and do the nuts and bolts market research with existing and potential customers

* Identify and develop distribution channels to expand sales

* Participate in updating quoting systems as a method to streamline new customer acquisition

* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

* Implements internet marketing strategy by defining all e-commerce content, products and services; managing all external e-commerce sites, programs and promotions.
