We
are looking for a senior marketing professional to support Clarity’s
business objectives by driving increased brand awareness. This position requires classic marketing communication development and management skills. A primary function of this role will be to convey meaningful communications to the appropriate audiences in the sales funnel. The perfect candidate should have experience in all aspects of the marketing communications mix. Additionally, the role requires extensive experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns. Although
not required, a background in marketing or selling training solutions
and/or consulting services to the Fortune 2000 is highly preferred.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree, MA or MBA highly preferred
· At least 10 years of Marketing experience targeting the Fortune 2000
· Experience
marketing Training and Development Solutions and Services such as
eLearning tools, Enterprise Learning Solutions, LMS or LCMS, or IT
software sales is highly desirable
· Experience or exposure to recruiting and hiring practices within large corporations is highly desirable
· Passion for marketing and creativity
· Experience managing and leading Marketing teams
· Proven track record in aligning marketing strategy with business goals
· Must be a people person and a team player
