North Hill, Boston’s premier independent living and life care community, seeks an experienced Director to lead the community marketing efforts as our redevelopment process moves forward.   Proven marketing/sales record and extensive knowledge of the continued care retirement industry is essential.  


 


The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic marketing plan, direct sales team to meet goals and oversee community relations initiatives.  Degree in marketing, health services or related field and 5+ years experience in CCRC sales and marketing.
