As our Director of Marketing Programs, Partners & Channels, you will be responsible for directing the development of our industry relationships and partnerships, managing the strategic activities of our domestic Channel Sales team and our International Sales team, and overseeing the Marketing Communications team, including program development for our Sales functions. 

Responsibilities include managing the growth, coordination and success of our Partnering and Alliance efforts; directing the development and management of relationships in the Channel and Internationally; preparing/delivering sales presentations, assisting with closing sales and helping to resolve complex customer issues; developing/executing marketing promotions and programs to support key domestic and international sales strategies and initiatives; coaching and managing direct management reports; establishing a solid culture that fosters motivation and teamwork.

Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of professional sales management experience, preferably in a technical product/services environment, with a Bachelors degree in related field; Engineering/technical degree and/or MBA are preferred.  Must have a strong, proven track record managing strategic functions and individuals, building business relationships, handling complex customer situations, solution selling and quota achievement.  Strong sales orientation with excellent written, verbal, organizational, communication, project management, motivation and managerial skills are also required.
