Highly reputable hospital with recognition as one of Florida's Best Companies, distinguished for advanced medicine and technology and recognized as one of the Top 100 cardiovascular programs in the country is seeking a Director of Nursing, Cardiovascular Services.

This highly visible position oversees the Cardiac and Vascular program including the coordination of all CVI activities, medical staff, and inpatient treatment areas. The Director's responsibilities include short-term planning, financial management, staff development, quality/performance improvement, and the coordination of multi-disciplines. Additional duties include the coordination of daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, Post Procedure Care Unit, Short Term Unit, Heart Surgical Unit, Cardiac Step-Down Unit, and Endoscopy and for all patient age populations.

This leadership opportunity is now available for a candidate with current Florida RN licensure (or ability to apply for transfer of license from another U.S. state) and proven hospital nursing leadership.

A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required along with a minimum 3 to 5 years of Director-level experience and BCLS Certification. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
