Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON-RN) in Long Term Care!!!

We are currently recruiting for a proven and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON-RN) in long term care for our skilled nursing facility we own and operate in Memphis, TN.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN) - previous ADON / Unit Manager experience in long term care strongly preferred, ability to handle multiple assignments, very fast paced environment, ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment in order to meet the needs of our residents and the facility, this position also has hands on resident care as we embrace a servant leadership attitude and approach in how we care for our residents with a 'can do' attitude in order to deliver the highest level of care.

Minimum qualifications:  Must have current RN nursing license in TN, 3+ years experience in geriatrics/long term care nursing management, proven leadership, previous ADON experience required, ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, excellent communication and organizational skills a must and the ability to be work independently, as well as in a team environment. Deliver hands on resident care as needed to embrace our servant leadership approach.
