Director of Nursing, Inpatient Psychiatry We seek an experienced Behavioral Health Nurse to oversee the Behavioral Service line for St. Vincent's Health Services. Candidate will be responsible for the Nursing leadership of our inpatient Psychiatry at both our Westport and Bridgeport campuses; Quality Management; program promotion for the recruitment, retention and educational development of staff; and most importantly leading nursing into a new evidence based model of practice.
Qualifications: RN with MSN, and a minimum of 5-7 years management experience in a Behavioral Health setting with significant experience with Joint Commission process. Must possess knowledge of applicable Connecticut DPH regulations and current CT RN license.
