Director of Nursing
At the North End Rehab, the DON is responsible for the overall patient care management of our 140-bed skilled nursingfacility. Come be part of the renown Spaulding Rehabilitation Network and enjoy a unique working relationship with Mass
General Hospital ensuring continuity of patient care. All candidates must possess current RN licensure and have progressive
management experience. Long term care and/or subacute experience and proven leadership skills are required. A Masters
degree is preferred.
