Director of Nursing
The Director of Nursing will supervise the daily operations of the NLNAC-accredited associate degree RN program at both the Eastlake and Parma Campuses of Bryant & Stratton College, focusing on meeting NLNAC standards, Ohio Board of Nursing standards, maintaining acceptable NCLEX pass rates and graduation rates, meeting campus retention and graduation goals, as well as expansion of the program to evening and other locations. The Nursing Program Director is responsible for managing the resources of the Nursing Department under guidance of the Dean of Instruction of each campus.
Master’s degree in Nursing (M.S.N.) with teaching or related professional/academic experience at the post-secondary level required. Doctorate in Nursing preferred. At least one year experience in supervisor capacity in the academic arena, preferably as director or dean of nursing. Skills necessary for success include administration, advising, teaching, planning, prioritizing, problem-solving, scheduling, evaluating, delegating, and budgeting. Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and work with others in a fast-paced environment.
Pay is very competitive and commensurate with experience.
