Director of Nursing wanted for a 102 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.  We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, organized with strong supervisory skills and the ability to to lead staff in an appropriate manner to provide the highest level of quality care.

Job Responsibilities include...

• Organizing and supervision of the Clinical Nursing Department.


• Managing and directing staff in appropriate resident care.


• Ensuring quality care of all residents.


• Development and implementation of all policies.


• Managing the Skilled Nursing Program.


• Infection Control.


• Safety Program.


• Chairperson of necessary committees to ensure quality care and appropriate supervision.


• In-service education and continuous supervision of staff training.

The successful candidate should possess a valid, current, Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and have at least 1-2 years supervisory experience in Long Term Care.  A working knowledge of rules and regulations governing LTC is desired.
