DIRECTOR OF NURSING

This position is responsible for hands-on management of the nursing department.  Duties include supervision and hiring of staff, maintaining quality clinical and documentation standards and keeping facility in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Must possess a valid PA Registered Nurse license.  Must have a minimum of three years experience as either a DON or ADON in a LTC facility is required.  Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
