Must possess the ability to carry out the Duties and responsibilities required of and usual to Directors of Nursing for Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facilities in the State of Texas.  Must be able to present a current Registered Nurse's license with no restrictions and not under review by the Texas Board of Nurse examiners.  Thorough knowledge of MDS/PPS requirements for admission of patient and residents to Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities.  Ability to manage Supervisors and Unit Managers.  Must be able to read and interpret financial information usual to Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities.
