Under the general direction of the Vice President of Patient Care, the selected candidate will be responsible for leadership of the Surgical Floor/Pediatrics Services Line. Job duties will include providing oversight for 24-hour operations of the surgical floor and Pediatric inpatient units. Selects, develops, and maintains teams of competent staff; holds them accountable for and recognizes their contributions for desired results. Manages, supervises, and coordinates the operations of the units and develops the programs to meet the needs of the organization and the community.
My client requires a Bachelor's Degree in nursing with Masters Degree preferred and at least three (3) years of progressively responsible management experience in surgical recovery (Med/Surg) or Pediatrics based services.
Compensation will be based on experience. Sign on bonus and relocation assistance are available to candidates along with their world class benefits package.
