Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Quality improvement experience and thorough knowledge of JCAHO standards. Experience in data retrieval, statistics, forms design, and quality improvement techniques. Ability to work independently and provide education and resources to the organization. Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of five years clinical nursing experience and three years in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
