Position Summary: Responsible for all OEM/ODM relationships which include landing new contracts, nurturing and extending existing ones and aggressively driving revenue. Oversees development of marketing strategies and execution of the business plan. Establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company. Seeks out, identifies and closes new opportunities. Plans and manages events and trade shows for the organization. Creates customized presentations. Requires strong communication and persuasion skills. Refurb World is headquartered in Roseville, California but successful candidate can be based anywhere with travel expectations. Candidate must then be willing to come to headquarters at least once a month.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, five years beating sales quotas preferably in a technical arena. Supply Chain Management experience also preferred. Previous experience in a start up company highly desired or minimum demonstrated start up mentality in a large organization a must. Experience with developing and executing tactical sales plan. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint as well as use of sales database tracking programs. Must have the ability to deliver a successful product demo and possess strong negotiating skills. Must be willing to travel often with no advance notice.
