Overview of Position:

Director-Off Premise Marketing is responsible for developing and overseeing the proper execution of annual marketing plans for Krispy Kreme’s Off Premise group in support of Company objectives for off premise sales and building brand awareness and affinity. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Work with Off Premise group and third-party agency partners to develop national and account specific marketing plans

·         Serve as the primary contact and corporate resource for all off premise/wholesale  marketing and brand support.

·         Monitor marketing programs to ensure proper execution and adherence to Krispy Kreme brand strategy.

·         Develop new products and implement rollouts

·         Conduct product research

·         Assist in package development

·         Develop pricing strategy

·         Implement and communicate pricing strategy

·         Other duties as assigned

Essential skills and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar major within concentration in marketing or public relations. 

·         Five to ten years of relevant work experience.

·         Strong analytical skills; previous experience with Nielson, IRI or other retail data software

·         Experience working in conjunction with  C Stores, G stores and/or big box retailers on marketing initiatives

·         Proficiency in use of personal computers, Windows 98, Microsoft Office and Internet searches.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to think strategically and implement on a timely basis, willingness to work very hard, and team player orientation

·         Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Nonessential skills and Experience:

·         MBA preferred

·         Previous food and beverage/QSR experience, highly preferred
